KH Yusuf Hasyim (lahir di Jombang, Jawa Timur, 3 Agustus 1929 – meninggal di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, 14 Januari 2007 pada umur 77 tahun) adalah politikus Indonesia, tokoh Nahdlatul Ulama, dan pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Tebu Ireng, Jombang sampai 2006. Ia adalah anak Hasyim Asy'arie, pendiri NU, dan paman dari Abdurrahman Wahid, presiden Indonesia keempat.
