Yücel Irmak

Yücel Irmak was born on June 27, 1944 in Mucur, Kırşehir. He graduated from Kayseri High School and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1967. He served as Deputy Director in the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and started his career in 1973 with the title of Deputy Directorate of the Council of State. In 1981, his title was changed to the Supreme Court of Audit. In 1982 he was appointed as the Chairman of the Konya Administrative Court and in 1988 he was reinstated as the Council of State Auditor. He was appointed to the Council of State Prosecutor in 1990, elected to the Council of State duties on 26 August 1999 and was elected as a member of the Supreme Board of Elections on 14 June 2001. He continued until he was elected to the Twelfth Chamber. He died on October 23, 2015.
