Biography
Yelena Provorova (born 22 November 2001) is a Russian ice hockey player for SKIF Nizhni Novgorod and the Russian national team. Provorova made her Russian Women's Hockey League debut playing with SKIF Nizhni Novgorod during the 2016–17 RWHL season. Provorova scored her first RWHL goal on March 6, 2017, in a game against Team Sverdlovsk Region.
International play
Provorova first played in an IIHF tournament in 2017 when she joined the Russian under-18 team at the 2017 IIHF World U18 Championships in Přerov, Czech Republic, and she scored her second goal for the nation in a 2–0 win against Sweden in the bronze medal game.
