Wilhelm II

Wilhelm II was the last German Emperor (Kaiser) and King of Prussia. He reigned from 1888 to 1918.

During his reign, Wilhelm II enacted numerous policies, including increasing the size of the German navy, pursuing colonial expansion, and implementing social and welfare reforms. He also dismissed several influential politicians and government officials, which caused political instability.
