Biography
王珹（？—1177年），高丽王朝宗室。
高丽显宗的儿子平壤公王基玄孙，乐浪伯王瑛曾孙，承化伯王祯之孙。父亲汉南伯王𣏌，母亲是高丽睿宗的女儿承德公主。王珹封信安伯，高丽明宗爲太子王祦納其女爲妃，即高丽康宗的元德王后柳氏。後王珹進爲信安侯。高丽明宗八年（1177年）王珹卒。
