Biography
Vince Aso (born Vincent Tavae-Aso; January 5, 1995) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays as a midfielder or winger for Auckland in the ITM Cup and the Hurricanes in Super Rugby.
Career
Aso debuted for Auckland during the 2013 ITM Cup and racked up 4 tries in 7 appearances despite only being 18. He found opportunities harder to come by in 2014 especially in his preferred position in the midfield. This didn't deter Wellington based Super Rugby franchise the Hurricanes from offering him a contract for the 2015 Super Rugby season.
International career
Aso was a New Zealand Schoolboys representative in 2012 and also played for New Zealand Under-20 at the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship in his home country.
