Valérios de Lesbos (grec ancien : Οὐαλέριος Μιτυληναῖος) est un vainqueur olympique originaire de Lesbos.

Il remporta la course à pied du stadion d'une longueur d'un stade (environ 192 m) lors des 206 Jeux olympiques en 45 ap. J.-C.
