Biography
Übeydullah Mümtaz Seven (d. 1923, Hakkâri) - (ö. 17 Kasım 1997), Türk siyasetçi.
Ankara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi mezunudur. Serbest Avukatlık, TBMM X. ve XI. Dönem Hakkâri Milletvekilliği ile X. ve XI. TBMM Başkanlık Divanı Katip Üyeliği yapmıştır. Evli ve bir çocuk babasıdır.
TBMM VIII.ve IX. Dönem Hakkâri Milletvekili Mehmet Selim Seven'in oğludur.
