Biography
Udo Foht ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Fernseh-Unterhaltungschef.
Foht war von 1991 bis 2011 Unterhaltungschef des MDR. Er gilt als Entdecker von Florian Silbereisen und förderte die Entwicklung von Helene Fischer.
Bundesweit bekannt wurde er im Rahmen von Ermittlungen wegen Betrug, Steuerhinterziehung und Untreue.
