Abdullah Turgut Topaloğlu, (d. 1927, İstanbul), Türk siyasetçi.
İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi Terktir. Tüccarlık, Gazetecilik, Yazarlık, Son Havadis ve Tercüman Gazeteleri Yazarlıkları, TBMM 3.(XIV) Dönem İstanbul Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve bir çocuk babasıdır.
