Biography
Trygve Birkeland (fødd 25. september 1961) er ein norsk politikar frå Kristeleg Folkeparti. Frå 1999 til 2007 var han medlem av bystyrets finanskomite. Frå 2007 til 2009 satt han i bystyrets helse- og sosialkomite, og frå hausten 2009 til oktober 2011 var han kommunalråd, nestleiar i bystyrets byutviklingskomite, og gruppeleiar for KrF si bystyregruppe. 2011-15 var han nestgruppeleiar for same bystyregruppe.
Birkeland er også leiar for pinseforsamlinga Sion i Blomsterdalen.
