Biography
Thomas "Tommy" Logan (17 August 1888 – 1960) was a Scottish footballer who played in Scotland for Falkirk and in England for Chelsea. He was judged to be an ideal centre half whose showed judgement in his play.
Logan transferred to Chelsea from Falkirk in 1913. He was a member of the Chelsea side that reached the 1915 FA Cup Final. He was one of the few Chelsea players to get a positive mention in the Manchester Guardian report on the final for a few "dashing excursions" into the Sheffield half, he failed to score. He played with Chelsea until 1920 and made a total of 117 appearances scoring 8 goals in total.
Logan represented Scotland once, appearing in a 1913 British Home Championship match against Ireland.
