Biography
Thomas McHugh (born November 17, 1966) is an American voice actor and actor. He is known for his role as Doug Funnie during its years on ABC as Disney's Doug, and its full-length film, Doug's 1st Movie, following Billy West's departure from the series. He has also played various characters on animated series Gravedale High. He did the voice of Clockwork Mouse in Make Way for Noddy.
