Biography
Tobias Dorzon (né Bloi-Dei Dorzon; born November 23, 1984) is an American chef, television personality, restaurateur, and former professional football player. His West African heritage and fusion food inspire his own cuisine. Dorzon has appeared on Guy Fieri’s television series, Tournament of Champions, and Guy's Grocery Games. In 2022, he opened the restaurant Huncho House in Hyattsville, Maryland; in 2021, he helped open Thirteen Restaurant in Houston, Texas; and in 2018 he opened Union District Oyster Bar and Lounge in Washington, D.C..
Before moving into the culinary world, he played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Tennessee Titans, and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Canadian Football League. In 2012 during the football off season, Dorzon attended culinary school at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Washington.
