Þórður Bergþórsson (d. 1372) var príor í Möðruvallaklaustri frá 1352 til dauðadags og hefur líklega tekið við af Steindóri Sokkasyni. Fátt er vitað um Þórð og fer litlum sem engum sögum af príorstíð hans.
Eftirmaður Þórðar var Erlendur Halldórsson.
