Thor Jostein Dyrhaug (født 5. januar 1953, død 7. september 2016) var en norsk lokalpolitiker. Han representerte Venstre og var fra høsten 2011 varaordfører i Eide kommune. Han var medlem av kommunestyret siden 2007.
Dyrhaug var selvstendig næringsdrivende.
