Biography
Tay Yong Kwang (simplified Chinese: 郑永光; traditional Chinese: 鄭永光; pinyin: Zhèng Yǒng Guāng) is a Singaporean judge in the Supreme Court. He was first appointed Judicial Commissioner in 1997, appointed Judge in 2003, and appointed Judge of Appeal in 2016.
