Early years and acting career
Tara Wilson was born Tara Lynn Wilson on February 25, 1982, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
She graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.
Wilson made her acting debut in 2001 with a minor role in Leon Ichaso's biographical drama Piñero (based on the life of Puerto Rican writer Miguel Pinero).
In 2004, she was seen as Pam in "Ill-Bred" episode of the TV series Law & Order: Criminal Intent. She was last seen on screen in 2009, playing the role of Angela in Carl T. Evans' drama Frame of Mind, starring Chris Noth, Carl T. Evans, and Arija Bareikis.
Personal life
Wilson has been married to American actor Chris Noth since 6 April 2012. The two met in the early 2000s when she was working at The Cutting Room, a lounge and music club in New York City owned by Noth. The couple has two sons: Orion Christopher Noth (born January 18, 2008) and Keats Noth (born February 18, 2020).
Noth and Wilson also co-own a tea house named "Once Upon a Tea Cup" in Wilson's hometown Windsor, Ontario.
