Tanner McGrew (Buckhannon, 12 luglio 1993) è un cestista statunitense, professionista in Australia e in Danimarca.
Carriera
Dopo quattro anni al West Virginia Wesleyan College in NCAA Division II, di cui l'ultimo giocato a 22,57 punti e 12,37 rimbalzi a partita, a maggio 2016 firma nella Queensland Basket League (campionato estivo semi-professionista australiano) con i South West Metro Pirates, vincendo anche il titolo di MVP. Il 7 settembre firma in Europa con il SISU Basketball Klub di Copenhagen, chiudendo la regular season in doppia doppia di media (16,64 punti e 10,58 rimbalzi, vincendo la speciale classifica di quest'ultima statistica), mentre la squadra viene eliminata al secondo turno dei play-off dagli Horsens IC.
