Biography
Stéphane Artano (born March 9, 1973) is the president of the Conseil territorial of Saint Pierre and Miquelon, having been elected to that post on March 24, 2006. He is a member of the local political party Archipelago Tomorrow. Artano was convicted of embezzlement in 2009.
