Stelio Montironi adalah seorang politikus San Marino yang pernah menjabat sebagai Wali Kapten, yaitu salah satu dari dua kepala negara Republik San Marino yang dipilih setiap enam bulan. Ia menjabat dari tanggal 1 April 1958 hingga 1 Oktober 1958 bersama dengan Zaccaria Giovanni Savoretti.
