Biography
Stanisław Potrzebowski (born 9 February 1937) is founder of Rodzima Wiara, a polish ridnoviry organisation, and European Congress of Ethnic Religions.
Potrzebowski was studying geology at AGH University of Science and Technology between 1954-1957. In 1957, he was arrested and interrogated by Służba Bezpieczeństwa according to distribute leaflets against closing student's magazine "Po Prostu". From 1958 to 1966 he was serving in polish air forces; he was left army with poruchik rank. In 1972, he was finish studies with honors and received a master's degree of history at University of Wrocław.
In 1973, Potrzebowski went to West Germany and start studies at University of Mainz, which are finished by receive doctor title of philosophy in 1980. In 1985 he went to South Africa, where he was working eg. in Deutsche Schule Pretoria. In 1991 he was return to Poland lived in Wrocław.
