Spira Grujić (Serbian Cyrillic: Спиpa Гpуjић, born 7 December 1971) is a retired Serbian football defender.
Born in Pristina, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia, Grujić passed through a number of youth teams of Red Star Belgrade, but never played in the main squad. The central defender moved in 1991 to FK Radnički Niš, where he made his professional debut during the 1991/92 season. Grujić eventually played 4 seasons for FK Radnički Niš before leaving in 1995 to Belgium.
In Belgium Grujić played for two seasons for R.W.D. Molenbeek, moving in the summer of 1997 to RSC Anderlecht. In contrast to R.W.D. Molenbeek, he did not receive a consistent place in the squad and Grujić decided to look for it somewhere else. In 1998 Dutch football club FC Twente bought him for 350,000 Euro. Grujić spent 5.5 year in Enschede and won one prize: KNVB Cup in the 2000/01 season. In 2004 Grujić moved as a transfer-free player to ADO Den Haag. After moving to FK Rad in 2006 and playing another season there, he retired.
In 2013, he became the coach of FK Rad youth team.
