Sonya Thomas

Sonya Thomas, also known as "The Black Widow," is a South Korean-born American competitive eater. She is well-known for her success in various eating competitions around the world.

Sonya Thomas is commonly referred to as "The Black Widow" due to her ability to devour enormous amounts of food in eating competitions.

As of 2020, Sonya Thomas has won over 40 eating competitions, including the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest, Philadelphia Wing Bowl, and the World Jambalaya Eating Championship, among others.

Sonya Thomas holds numerous world records in competitive eating. Some of her notable records include consuming 45 hard-boiled eggs in 5 minutes and 57 seconds, eating 5.75 pounds of cheesecake in 9 minutes, and devouring 41 lobster rolls in 10 minutes.

Sonya Thomas was born in South Korea in 1967. She later moved to the United States and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
