Biography
Simeon PETKOV, bulgaro, advokato, publicisto. Naskiĝis en 1886 en Silistra, loĝis en Sofio. Ekagis por Esperanto jam en 1906. En 1906 estas redaktoro de „Unua Paĝo“, en 1907 de „Bulgara Esperantisto“. Prez. de BEA de 1912 ĝis 1920.
