Biography
Siân S. Rathore (born 1989) is a British poet, critic and editor. She is closely associated with the Alt Lit movement.
Rathore's first collection Softcore Cloudstep received favourable reviews. In July 2014, Rathore was recommended in BuzzFeed's list of Top 10 Young British Poets You Should Know About: "Rathore is the leading light of British alt lit, exploring gothic relationships through the lens of social media." The Guardian newspaper also highlighted her ebook works.
Rathore's poetry has featured in magazines such as 3:AM Magazine, and Zoomoozophone Review. Her work has been published in anthologies including Sculpted: Poetry of the North West, Best of Manchester Poets, Volume 3, and Live From Worktown Anthology 2014.
Rathore is also a critic for Stride Magazine and Huffington Post. She is editor and founder of Sadcore Dadwave, which won a Beachie Award in 2012.
