施雨（1495年—？年），字潤之，號文峯，南直隸蘇州府常熟縣人，明朝政治人物。
生平
嘉靖十一年（1532年）進士，授刑部主事，日夜讀律書析其意義。以事謫同知濮州，遷南刑部主事，歷陞郎中，治獄無枉撓，晉廣東按察司僉事，乞歸卒，年七十二。
