Sheng Yeh Liang (translitera del 梁盛業) (n. 1950) ye un botánicu chinu, un especialista na familia de les teacees.
Trabaya nel "Institutu de Botánica", de l'Academia China de les Ciencies. Na so vida d'investigación, identificó y nomó, a marzu de 2012, 34 nueves especies de planta.
