生平
貴州鄉試第二名舉人。嘉靖四十四年（1565年）乙丑科第二甲第四十二名進士。歷官淮安府知府、雲南右參政，調浙江。

曾祖父邵璇；祖父邵昇，贈知縣；父邵華□，府同知。母金氏（封太孺人）。
