شاهرخ دولکو (متولد ۱ آبان ۱۳۴۳ در اهواز) منتقد سینما، فیلم‌نامه‌نویس و کارگردان اهل کشور ایران است. وی به عنوان منتقد با ماهنامه فیلم همکاری داشته است. تحصیلات وی در زمینهٔ تدوین و ادبیات دراماتیک می‌باشد.
