Biography
Seyfettin Güneştan ya da Seyfi Güneştan (d. 1919, Estel) - (ö. 5 Eylül 1980), Türk siyasetçi.
Lise mezunudur. Çiftçilik, Midyat Belediye Başkanlığı, TBMM 1.(XII), 2.(XIII), 3.(XIV) ve 4.(XV) Dönem Mardin Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evlidir.
