Seyed Hossein Mousavi (Persian: سید حسین موسوی; born March 13, 2001), is an Afghanistan professional futsal player born in Mashhad, Iran. Mousavi is a member of Afghanistan's national futsal team. He is currently playing in the Premier Futsal League of Iran and in the Aluminium Arak F.C. He also has a history of participating in the Lebanese Futsal Premier League in his professional sports record.

Career
The beginning of Seyed Hossein Mousavi's club activity goes back to being a member of the Moud Piradel MashhadF.C team in 2016. Then in 2018, by joining the Ghobeiry futsal Club team in Lebanon, he improved his position in the international sports scene. In 2023, he signed a contract with Chips Kamel Mashahad F.C team (this team has been renamed to Rokn Azin Khavarmianeh Mashhad). And now he is a player of Aluminum Arak F.C.

The championship of Khorasan Razavi youth premier league with the Moud Shahab Roshnavand Gonbad F.C futsal team.
National sports activity
Seyed Hossein Mousavi, by joining the Afghanistan under-20 national futsal team in 2017, played a significant role in this team's promotion to the final round of the Asian Under-20 Nations Cup. In 2018, with the under-20 national team, he won the runner-up position in the Asian Under-20 Nations Cup.
