Biography
Jhalmar "Sebastian" Joffre Soliz (born 21 August 1999) is a Bolivian professional footballer who is currently a free agent. He last played for Orlando City B in USL League One. He was waived by Orlando City B on 13 May 2019 after making 3 appearances for the team.
Early life
Joffre was born in Portachuelo, Bolivia and moved to Naples, Florida in 2012 when he was 13. He attended Gulf Coast High School and led them to the FHSAA State Championship after beating Duncan U. Fletcher High 2–1 in extra time and also scoring the winning goal.
