Biography
Sapam Kunjakeswor Singh, also known as Sapam Keba, (born January 1, 1959) is a politician from the Indian state of Manipur. He represented the Patsoi assembly constituency during 2007-2012 in the 9th Manipur Legislative Assembly.
In 2007, he won the election as an independent candidate. He lost the 2012 election as an All India Trinamool Congress candidate. In 2013, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.
