Biography
Samuel Horgan (born 20 April 1987 in Palmerston North) is a New Zealand professional racing cyclist for Team Budget Forklifts.
Hogan is best known for winning the Melbourne to Warrnambool Classic in 2013. He also won the Elite Men's Time Trial at the 2012 Oceania Cycling Championships.
