Biography
İsmail Saip Özer, (d. 1889, İstanbul) - (ö. 3 Ocak 1956), Türk siyasetçi.
İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi mezunudur. Viyana ve Berlin Tıp Fakültelerinde İhtisas yapmıştır. Cerrahi ve Nisaiye Mütehassısdır. Gaziantep Memleket Hastanesi Baştabipliği ve Operatör Doktorluğu, Gaziantep Daru'l-Eytam ve Belediye Tabipliği, Gaziantep Sağlık Müfettişliği, Özel Doğumevi sahipliği, Hasanoğlan Köy Enstitüsü Sağlık Kolu Öğretmenliği, TBMM IX. Dönem Çorum, X. Dönem Afyonkarahisar Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve üç çocuk babasıdır.
