ସାଗୀର ଅହମଦ, ୧୯୩୦ ଦଶକରେ କଟକଠାରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ ଜଣେ ଜଣାଶୁଣା ସମାନ୍ତରାଳ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷାବିତ । ତାଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶିତ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ଧାରେ ଆଲୁଅ ଭାରତୀୟ ପାନୋରାମାକୁ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।
