Biography
Rushit Dine Halili atdhetar shqiptar. U lind në Konispol, më 1850, në një familje çame atdhetare. Bashkëpuntor i afërt i Rilindasit të ndritur Hasan Tahsini, ai zhvilloi një veprimtari të dendur, për zgjimin e ndërgjegjes kombëtare tek shqiptarët. U vra pabesisht më 25 Prill 1911.
