Biography
Rüdiger Schmitt (German: Rüdiger Schmitt) (born 1 July 1939 in Würzburg) is a German linguist and Iranologist. He studied comparative linguistics of Indo-European, Indo-Iranian, and classical languages in University of Würzburg in 1958.
