Ruangsak Loychusak (Thai: เรืองศักดิ์ ลอยชูศักดิ์) also known as James Ruangsak is a Thai actor and singer. His first album was Dai Wela...James ("It's time for James"). He then made more albums, including Siren Love, Forever James, The Next, James Hits Series, and James F. M.. His bestselling albums include Siren Love and James F. M., and popular singles include: "Khon raek" (Thai: คนแรก; lit.: "First One"), "Khao man kai" (ข้าวมันไก่; "Hainanese chicken rice"), and "Mai aht bplian jai" (ไม่อาจเปลี่ยนใจ; "I Shouldn't Change Your Mind").
Biography
James was born in Thai Chinese family in Nakhon Si Thammarat, southern Thailand.He entered the showbiz for the first time releasing his first studio album Dai Wela...Jamesin 1995 with RS Promotion, resulting successful. James is considered one of the famous stars in Thailand's 90s alongside many other contemporary stars such as Patiparn "Moss" Pataweekarn, Sornram "Num" Teppitak, Somchai "Tao" Khemklad, Suttida "Nook" Kasemsan Na Ayutthaya, Lift&Oil, Raptor, Tata Young, etc.
From being a taekwondo practitioner, he therefore had the opportunity to star the first film Gangster Boys, an action film directed by Hong Kongese Ricky Loo released in February 1997 and produced by Five Star Production.
In December 1998, he survived the crash of Thai Airways International Flight 261, the press therefore dubbed him "Iron Bones Singer" or "James, The Iron Bones".
He became popular again as Knight Mask (Nah Kak Atsawin) in season two of The Mask Singer.
Besides, he is also a business owner franchise of Hainanese chicken rice, which is an original career of his family in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
