Biography
Roy Tasco Davis (1889 - 1975) was an American diplomat who served as ambassador to Costa Rica, Haiti, Panama.
Born in Ewing, June 4, 1889. Davis received his education form public schools of Missouri, and Brown University from which he graduated in 1910.
From 1922 - 1930, he was ambassador to Costa Rica. He later served as ambassador to Haiti under the reign of Dwight D. Eisenhower.
