Biography

Ross Piper is a British zoologist and author of a number of books.

Biography

Having been interested in animals from childhood, he gained a first class degree in zoology from the University of Wales in Bangor in 1998, followed by a PhD from the University of Leeds in 2002. Since 2006 he has written books for children and for adults on zoology and related subjects. His latest book is on animal diversity and will be published by Thames and Hudson in 2013.
