Robert Bannochie (born 18 July 1959 in Purley, England) is a Film Editor and Director. Bannochie was responsible for the cutting of Music videos such as World Aids Day 1985 and New order at the Academy Directed by Mike Mansfield. He has also post-produced and Directed a number of award winning commercials for Access, Italiano Pasta, Mena Resorts, Talat Mostapha Real Estate, Honeywell Bull, Ghosts in the Machine (C4 title sequence) & Smarties (Lambie Nairn). Bannochie was a multiple recipient of the Gold, Silver and Bronze Creative Circle Honours for his computer graphics work for Smarties and also a recipient of the prestigious D&AD award for Ghosts in the Machine. In the 1990s Robert Bannochie became an inaugural part of advertising in Egypt helping establish Tarek Nour Communications. In 2008 Bannochie comments "There is great potential for growth," in Egypt adding that it is "fantastic place to produce". He currently is Director and C.E.O of Leapfrog/Fresh PR/A2Z Productionin Egypt.
