Richard Eric James Madrid MD, known as Eric Madrid or his social media alias “KetoMD” is a physician, philanthropist, podcaster, blogger, former internet entrepreneur, investor and author of Vitamin D Prescription. He is married and is the father of "The Madrid Brothers", a famous duo of internet celebrity brothers known as, Josh King 'JetSet' Madrid and Jonathan ‘TheBlondeJon’ Madrid. Eric Madrid has 1 daughter, who is the sister of Jet-Set & TheBlondeJon and her name is Arianna 'Ari' Madrid. He is married to his wife Whanda (Brown) Madrid, who the mother of his children. Eric Madrid was born on May 10th, 1972.

Dr. Eric Madrid completed his undergraduate work at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned his BS degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics.

In 2002, he graduated from The Ohio State University School of Medicine where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) degree. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and practices at Rancho Family Medical Group & Rancho Wellness Center, Temecula, Calif.

Dr. Madrid and his wife, Whanda, have been married since 1995 and have 3 children.

Dr. Madrid served 2 years as Chair Person for his local Relay for Life, sponsored by the American Cancer Society.

He believes prevention is the best way to eliminate cancer and other diseases. Lifestyle and nutrition play a huge role in accomplishing this. Dr. Madrid also is a former dotcom executive and founder launching a multiple 7-figure ecommerce health store known as breathefree dot com and a multiple 6-figure e-commerce brand known as eHealthSupplies dot com, an internet health portal and also volunteers with Haiti Endowment Fund.

Richard Eric James Madrid and his wife Whanda Madrid also co-founded The Madrid Family Foundation and donate money every year to the less fortunate alongside their children who also take part in philanthropic efforts.
