Rett Terrell

Rett Terrell is an Czech-born American actor, based in Oklahoma. He is known for his roles in Army of Frankensteins (2013), Gallows Road (2015) and My All-American (2015).

Rett Terrell was born in Prague, Czech Republic. He attended Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Being athletic and tall (6'4") he was encouraged by his friends to try out baseball, but being a fan of films, he opted for the show business. He began taking acting classes and got a role in a low budget horror movie, in Oklahoma.

After starting off his acting career with a horror movie, Terrell made his acting debut on television in 2008, with a minor role in "There Goes the Neighborhood" episode of TV series Friday Night Lights. In 2010, he was seen in a supporting role in Ivory. The same year he was seen playing the role of "Max" in Jenn Proske, Diedrich Bader, and Matt Lanter-starrer comedy film Vampires Suck.

In 2013, Terrell was seen as "Miller" in Andrew Bowser-directed drama Worm.

Terrell's big break came in 2015, when he was cast in the biographical movie about American college football player Freddie Joe Steinmark titled My All-American. Playing the seminal role of Freddie's best friend, "Bobby Mitchell," Terrell shared screen with Finn Wittrock (as Freddie Joe Steinmark,) Robin Tunney (as Gloria Steinmark), and Aaron Eckhart (as Coach Royal.)

In 2017, Terrell landed the recurring role of "Bird" in television series In the Rough. The following year, in June 2018, he was seen in the titular character in short film The Grave. The film was written by Matthew Price, based on his comic book originally illustrated by Hunter Huskey and Jerry Bennett. The film was funded on kickstarter.

Most recently, he finished filming for action/drama films The Seven Hands of God and All Terrain. In The Seven Hands of God, he is playing one of the primary roles, of "Seth," alongside Lassiter Holmes (as Moses.) In the film All Terrain, he will be seen as "Rook," alongside Jennifer Rader (as Liberty,) Marshall Bell (as Chronos,) and George Hamilton (as Graverly.) All Terrain is filmed in Oklahoma –– the director and many of the actors, including Terrell, Jennifer Rader, and Marshall Bell, are from Oklahoma. Both films are currently (Jan 2020) in post-production phase with the release dates yet to be announced.

In addition, Terrell has appeared in various commercials including US Fleet Tracking Services, Joe Cooper Auto, 2010 AAA Fall TV Campaign, Cellular One Holiday Radio, and OK Tobacco Cessation PSA, among others.
