Biography
Reino Ragnar Lehto (May 2, 1898 in Turku – July 13, 1966 in Helsinki) served as the caretaker Prime Minister of Finland from December 18, 1963 to September 12, 1964. He then served as governor of Uusimaa province from 1964 until his death on July 13, 1966.
