秦梁（？－？），字子成，直隸常州府無錫縣人，民籍，明朝政治人物。
生平
應天府鄉試第九十九名。嘉靖二十六年（1547年）丁未科進士。累官通政使司右參議，升左參議。死后葬于现无锡滨湖区大浮镇羊岐村大浮秦氏墓群。
