Biography
Pranab Basu (প্রনব বসু) also known as Intu Da (ইন্টু দা) is an Indian politician from Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal and present chairman of Midnapore Municipality (মেদিনীপূর পৌরসভা). He has held the chair since 2008 & Councillor of No.6 Ward, Midnapore Municipality
He is the former District President of All India Trinamool Congress, Paschim Medinipur & also honorary Executive Member of Midnapore Law College
For Panchayet Election 2018, Pranab Basu is going to lead the AITC Steering Committee in Paschim Medinipur District.
Early life and education
He was born in Midnapore on August 10, 1947, he was an alumnus of Midnapore Collegiate School and also studied in University of Calcutta.
