Biography
Pius Cheung (Chinese name: 張鈞量) is a marimbist and composer, called " a young Chinese-Canadian virtuoso," by the New York Times.He began teaching in the music performance percussion program at the University of Oregon in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Music from the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia, his Artist Diploma from The Boston Conservatory, and his Doctorate from the University of Michigan.
