Per Eivind Johansen (født 30. januar 1946) er en tidligere, norsk lektor og politiker (H).
Han var Stokkes ordfører fra 1988 til 2003 og Vestfolds fylkesordfører fra 2007 til 2015.
Han er frimurer og utdannet cand.philol. fra Universitetet i Oslo.
